The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the cathedral, which we visited with my father. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the lovely city and its surroundings.

In my wife’s opinion, the absence of a lift made it challenging for families with small kids and elderly family members to navigate the hotel comfortably.

I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge area and loved the indoor pool for a chill swim. The bathroom was a tad cramped, but it was still spotless and had everything we needed. 👍

I had a delightful stay where the breakfast was ample and delicious, and the friendly service at dinner made me feel truly valued. I'll definitely come back!

I had to be in Salisbury for family stuff, and it was like staying at home! The staff were super friendly, really made me feel welcomed. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. Breakfast was tasty, and I enjoyed lunch in the restaurant too. Only wish the bathroom was a bit cleaner, though.

I spent a night at the Mercure in Salisbury. The location couldn’t get any better, right near the cathedral. The room was cozy and had a comfy bed with quality sheets. The bathroom was spacious and clean, but the shower head had some limescale buildup, which made the water pressure a bit weak. I appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and made me feel welcome. Breakfast was enjoyable with a decent variety, but I faced a long wait to be seated, which was a bit frustrating. The common areas looked charming, but some could use a little TLC as the decor appeared worn. Check-out went smoothly. despite some minor issues, I found it a nice stay.

the staff were super helpful n friendly, really made me feel welcome. the location is amazin, right near the city centre n close to the hospital. comfy bed and the room had a nice walk-in shower. breakfast was tasty n had lots of choices. felt safe and was able to chill in the lounge area too.
